Kyle R. Franceski is a versatile general practice attorney primarily representing clients in criminal defense litigation, personal injury cases, family law, business law, real estate law, and estate planning.
In addition to his diverse legal practice, Kyle serves as an Assistant Public Defender in Luzerne County, PA. In this role, he extends his commitment to justice by representing indigent clients, ensuring that even those facing financial challenges have access to diligent and dedicated legal representation. This role reflects his deep-rooted belief in fairness and the right to legal advocacy for all, further highlighting his comprehensive dedication to the legal needs of the community.
Kyle also serves Lackawanna County as a Conflicts Attorney.
Kyle graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where he served as the Business/External Managing Editor of the Widener Commonwealth Law Review. During law school, he interned with United States Magistrate Judge Joseph F. Saporito, Jr. in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and earned certificates in business advising and diversity and inclusion.
Kyle serves on the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division of the Lackawanna Bar Association. He is also a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Kyle earned a B.S. in biology from Pennsylvania State University and is a graduate of Sacred Heart Jr./Sr. High School.
